Assistophere was founded out of a real need from inside the serviced accommodation industry.
 
In 2021, after starting and scaling my own serviced accommodation business, I quickly realized how difficult it was to manage all the daily tasks while trying to grow the portfolio. Guest messages, calendar updates, cleaning issues, and financial tracking were overwhelming.
 
To help ease the pressure, I hired a close friend as my first Virtual Assistant — and personally trained him across all critical tasks like guest communication, cleaning coordination, and listing management.
 
We soon noticed that many other SA operators were facing the same problem — too much daily operational work, not enough time to focus on growth.
Today, we are proud to have a dedicated team that fully manages backend operations for our clients.
